Digital Products Policy

1. Overview

This Digital Products Policy governs the purchase, access, delivery, and refund conditions for all digital products sold through Soulvergence.

Digital products include (but are not limited to):

  • Astrology reports

  • Tarot summaries

  • Session recordings

  • Guided meditation audio

  • PDF guides and journals

  • Online workshops

  • Membership-only content

  • Downloadable spiritual resources

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Nature of Digital Products

Digital products are intangible, electronically delivered items.

Once delivered or accessed, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Because of this, refunds are limited and governed by this policy and applicable law.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered via:

  • Direct download link

  • Email delivery

  • Platform account access

  • Membership dashboard

Delivery is considered complete once:

  • The download link is provided

  • The file is accessible

  • The content is viewable in your account

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide a correct email address

  • Ensure sufficient device compatibility

  • Download files within the access window (if limited)
     

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

4.1 General Rule

All digital product sales are final once:

  • The product has been accessed

  • The download link has been used

  • The file has been delivered

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with content

  • Misunderstanding of the product

  • Failure to read product description

4.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The product file is corrupted or technically defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Duplicate purchase occurred

  • Required by applicable consumer law

In such cases, Soulvergence may:

  • Replace the product

  • Reissue access

  • Provide a refund at its discretion

5. Custom Digital Reports

For customised digital products (e.g., astrology charts, tarot PDF summaries):

  • Work begins once payment is confirmed

  • These products are personalised

  • Refunds are not available once preparation has started

If incorrect birth details are submitted, Soulvergence is not responsible for inaccurate results.

 

6. Session Recordings

If session recording is purchased:

  • Access is granted for the specified duration

  • Downloads may be restricted

  • Recordings may be auto-deleted according to user retention settings

Refunds are not available once recording access has been provided.

 

7. Membership Digital Content

Membership access grants:

  • Limited license to view content

  • Non-transferable access

  • Personal use only

If membership is cancelled:

  • Access to digital content ends immediately

  • Previously accessed content may no longer be available

Membership fees are governed by the Membership Policy.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of:

  • Soulvergence

  • Or the individual Practitioner (as applicable)

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Redistribute

  • Share login access

  • Resell content

  • Record or copy session materials

Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action and account termination.

 

9. Device Compatibility

Soulvergence is not responsible for:

  • Outdated software

  • Unsupported file formats

  • Device incompatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

 

10. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may be subject to:

  • VAT (where applicable)

  • Platform service fees

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support:

  • Your account may be suspended

  • Access to digital content may be revoked

We encourage resolution through support before escalating disputes.

 

12. Consumer Protection Compliance

This policy operates in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

  • The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)

  • POPIA

Where law provides stronger consumer rights, those rights apply.
