Cancellation Policy

Soulvergence is committed to creating a respectful, structured, and professional booking experience for both clients and practitioners. By booking a service on the platform, you agree to the policies outlined below. All bookings are confirmed only once: • Full payment is received, or • A required deposit is paid (if applicable) Clients will receive: • A booking confirmation email • Session details • Location or virtual access link Initial Consultations: are short discovery sessions (15–30 minutes) and are not full services. They are structured introductory sessions and may not be used as substitutes for extended services. Each service has a fixed duration. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals: • Sessions will not be extended beyond the booked time. • Full payment remains applicable. Packages & Memberships • Package sessions must be used within the validity period. • SoulMembership discounts apply only at time of booking. • Memberships do not guarantee availability; booking is still required. Soulvergence values practitioners’ time and energy. Clients may cancel: • 24+ hours before session: Full refund or reschedule option • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund • No-show: No refund Some services may require 48 or 72-hour cancellation windows (e.g., ceremony bookings, in-person rituals). These will be clearly stated at booking. Clients may: • Reschedule once per booking (minimum 24 hours’ notice) • Subsequent changes may incur a fee If a practitioner cancels: • Client will receive a full refund OR • Option to reschedule OR • Option to book another practitioner Repeated practitioner cancellations may result in internal review. Refunds are granted only when: • Cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe • Practitioner fails to attend the session • Technical failure prevents session from occurring (platform-verified) Refunds are not granted for: • Change of mind • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations • Outcomes not aligning with personal beliefs Soulvergence does not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or material outcomes.
