• Guarantee outcomes of any session or service

• Supervise live session content

All Practitioners operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

 

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Provide accurate information

• Use the Platform lawfully

By using Soulvergence, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

4. Member Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure

• Not share your account

• Notify us of unauthorised access

Soulvergence reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

5. Practitioner Independence

Practitioners:

• Are independent contractors

• Set their own offerings and session styles

• Are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles

• Are responsible for maintaining professional standards

Soulvergence does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any Practitioner unless explicitly marked as “Soulvergence Accredited.”

 

6. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is processed securely via approved payment gateways.

• Fees may include platform service charges.

Practitioners may choose to describe their fees as “contributions” or “offerings.” For legal and payment purposes, these remain transaction-based service fees.

 

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to:

• The Practitioner’s cancellation policy

• Timing of cancellation

• Whether the service has already been rendered

Soulvergence may mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

 

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Members must adhere to the cancellation window stated in each service listing.

Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in:

• Loss of payment

• Restricted booking privileges

Practitioners may reschedule due to emergency circumstances.

 

9. Disclaimer of Medical & Professional Advice

Soulvergence services are for:

• Spiritual exploration

• Personal reflection

• Holistic wellness support

They are not a substitute for:

• Medical treatment

• Mental health therapy

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

10. Spiritual & Interpretive Services Disclaimer

Tarot, astrology, divination, and similar services:

• Should not be treated as factual guarantees

11. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass practitioners or members

• Use discriminatory or hateful language

• Upload unlawful or explicit content

• Attempt to bypass the platform for payments

Violation may result in immediate termination.

 

12. Data Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Soulvergence processes personal data in accordance with:

• The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

• Applicable data protection laws

Members may:

• Request access to their data

• Request correction

• Request deletion (subject to legal obligations)

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, graphics, logos, and design elements are the intellectual property of Soulvergence.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Redistribute

• Use branding without written consent

Practitioners retain rights to their original uploaded content but grant Soulvergence a license to display it on the Platform.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Soulvergence shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Emotional distress resulting from sessions

• Loss of opportunity

• Dissatisfaction with Practitioner services

Platform use is at your own discretion and risk.

 

15. Account Termination

Soulvergence reserves the right to:

• Cancel bookings

• Deny access

For violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
